Website Address

This website address is: www.rituzastoryteller.com

I love staying connected. But because I respect your privacy more than my desire to keep in touch, I will contact you for a couple of reasons. 1) To share my delightful articles published twice a month, in Coffee House Writers, and 2) to send you my Newsletter. If my heart and mind dictate me to reach out for reasons other than these two, I will update the page. Please check in with me, every so often, to ensure you are okay with changes to the privacy policy. I may collect the following information: First and Last name. Email Address.

Your contact information is used to 1) fulfill book orders, 2) give updates on upcoming and future releases, 3) satisfy subscriptions to the newsletter, and 4) provide responses to queries on the contact page.

Security of your information

My hosting company ensures personal information is kept secured. I use Wordfence to provide extra security. They see generalized information to protect my website and you. If security is compromised in any way, I will inform you of the breach within five business days, and ensure corrective action is taken. I will hold your information on file only as long as is needed to provide the services you have requested.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long I retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where I send your data

I use Cleantalk to protect my site from spam. They see all of your information but only store it for a short period of time to allow me to correct any misclassifications. I’m also using Google Analytics to learn why people are visiting my site. This helps me to better understand how you are using the site so that I can provide you with better content.
